Hi! My name is Steph.
I’m an Expressive Arts Therapist.

Stephanie is a qualified Arts Psychotherapist and practising Expressive Arts therapist who is passionate about the use of arts in the therapeutic space. She carries with her years of work experience within community health, not-for-profit organisations, disability and arts sectors.

Stephanie has worked extensively with people of all ages on the spectrum, all abilities and needs, as well as those who live with an acquired brain injury. With a natural inclination and interest in child psychology, Steph believes in the importance of early life intervention for children, in which adaptation, self-discovery and healing can occur. Steph strives to make a difference in young people’s lives and finds the long-term work with individuals and families incredibly rewarding.

Stephanie offers children Arts Therapy and Counselling sessions, and provides a variety of arts modalities depending on the client’s natural interest and curiosity. Stephanie believes in the importance of embodying what you practice and advocate for and is a dance artist herself.

Stephanie’s approach is client-centred, humanistic and holistic, bringing the whole person into perspective. Steph’s arts-based approach can enhance clients’ abilities to communicate through creative expression, and be the voice when the words aren’t there.
